- I am Ontario-born and Calgary-raised. My dance training is from Ballet Arts Centre and includes summer stints, workshops, and master classes from Quinte Dance School, Alberta Ballet School, DJD and more in Ottawa, Toronto and south western France. I am an experienced teacher, dancer, performer, artistic director, and choreographer. While still the Dance Instructor at Playhouse North School of Theatre, I founded Quenched Pure Performance. It's debut was, Unveiled, in June 2006. Since then I have moved from teaching at the college level and focussed my efforts on project work, performance, seasonal workshops and now private sessions. I am thankful for the Spirit in this work and the support of my husband, family, friends & colleagues in these creative experiments. Please move alongside me as I seek to be quenched then let the overflowing water be given away...on stage, in relationship, and beyond.
